Gnoikj Neutral Newbie October 21, 2009 Share October 21, 2009 Really???? Then wat were you fined for? I remember you came in whining about how the stupid CIsco boliao, go and fine you for not displaying your road tax disc prominently. It was also because you had collected your new car, and the dealer had applied the sunshade at the top of your windscreen and it just happened to cover the road tax disc.... I remember the forummers here asking you a simple question...why the heck didn't you just move the road tax disc display instead of bitching about the cisco who obviously couldn't see the damn disc!!???? Road tax validity is in the system you silly billy. Failure to renew Road Tax is a criminal offense. Not failure to display Road Tax. Having it on paper doesn't prove a darn thing. It's like your NRIC. If you have had a jail sentence you automatically labelled into a "yellow ribbon" from your NRIC number tracking alone. Having all the paper qualifications Phd, Masters, in the world doesn't prove a darn thing. What's wrong with you? You've never done wrong in your life issit? Just like one of those self-righteous self serving buggers who worship the system. ↡ Advertisement
Spade Neutral Newbie October 21, 2009 Author Share October 21, 2009 Awww... why not? you're so cool so calm so collected? Oh I forgot to mention that I didn't get fined for not displaying road tax - I was rather annoyed at CISCO attempting to act like POLICE. they should just stick to their jurisdiction - just like every other good person
Spade Neutral Newbie October 21, 2009 Author Share October 21, 2009 This TS doesn't even dare to answer my question. Instead he continues to post things that sound really stupid and incorrigible.. yawnszzz. Or maybe his wheel got clamped for another reason and he spun a story here to smoke ppl? hahahahhaah I take it you're a teenager... anyway in answer to your useless question... "no, I didn't ask" - happy now?
Gnoikj Neutral Newbie October 21, 2009 Share October 21, 2009 Ahhh...so you do have issues with CISCO which have (wrongfully I may add) spilled over into your encounter with the Security Guard..It seems your past experience had led you to be antagonistic and coloured your actions... Ermm..for your info, CISCO (and AETOS) for that matter are auxiliary police...under the law, they have the powers of the police when they are on duty...So he wasn't acting...he was doing his job... Leepee 1st Gear October 21, 2009 Share October 21, 2009 as this condo is just opp hdb, there are bound to have chespekate ppl drive in for free parking and use swimming pool. TS should be happy that his potential condo has such a good security team. The MAIN reason to stay condo is SECURITY! This condo actually has the erp sensor for cars monitoring of entry and exit. This is very good to catch those who bluff the guard about 'pick up people', but acutally go there to use the facilities. I would be very happy to stay in this condo with such a good security system and guards.
Beehive3783 Turbocharged October 21, 2009 Share October 21, 2009 woohoo! Thanks for the compliment! By answering no, i can conclude that you self pawned by not asking the security guard for alternative parking space, which led to your car getting wheel clamped, and then posting your self pawn encounter here . Have a nice day!
Spade Neutral Newbie October 21, 2009 Author Share October 21, 2009 look guys, end of the day, I'm letting off steam... chill - I'm not bothered by the incident anymore. It's just sickening to see how pathetic lives these security guards operate, and have to put up with the policies set by management who sit there get paid fat salaries and make up inflexible little by-laws (yes called "by-laws" for a certain little fact that they're not really "LAWS") that rule these poor b------ds... who loses in the end? the little man... that little security guard (who incidentally looks like a man), who berated my wife. Only a few see the bigger picture. The rest of us wallow in that muck of indebtured servitude of our high-life masters. He who owns the gold, makes the rules! Ah_tee 2nd Gear October 21, 2009 Share October 21, 2009 Guess what, the STUPID condo has got 82 units up for SALE. Don't ever buy from this LOUSY condo with such shitty pighead idiots running the show. Never met such a dumb condo security. i support you the way sgporeans are brought up are like that they see everything as so anal, everything by the book its really a no brainer that the designated lots are full but u cant park somewhere else. its jus like the previous thread where one guy park his car in NUS bin area and left his number for pple to call and the whole thread started shooting him down. i really find this a problem with sgporeans, in life cannot see "open" in alot of things this one cannot, everything complain, why cant we live with more grace and flexiblity. i am sure if the guard talk nicely to TS in the first place, TS would have use the soft approach like ask the guard to "help" abit. TS, have you ever thought of asking the agent to contact the MCST there, theres no point arguing with the guards if they dont relent. MCST reports to the council, if the council knows they just lost a potential resident they might not be too pleased, that means come next yr all the management and sinking fees might be going up
V1238r Neutral Newbie October 21, 2009 Share October 21, 2009 You think it's just my problem? Wait till you hear it from my wife. She wanted to buy the condo just so she could give that woman hell..... she told my wife to "shut up, I'm talking to this person here, not you"... You still think it's my problem? Wait till you hear it from the 2 property agents... who think that the whole scenario was ridiculous too. And literally they tried begging the guards to let us off. We thank them for trying.... I didn't do much talking myself. Think u better buy fast cos the price is gonna shoot up. Now that people know that the security is so on the ball.. If not u have to pay more to gave that woman hell...
Gnoikj Neutral Newbie October 21, 2009 Share October 21, 2009 Woah! And this experience has shown....what? That you think you are better than the Security Officer? That you hold the gold?
Gnoikj Neutral Newbie October 21, 2009 Share October 21, 2009 TS didn't even ask if he could park elsewhere...going into someone else's place, he assumed (wrongly) that he could do what he wanted..when told once, he went ahead to do it....That reeks of a certain self-centredness that puts all your Singapore flaws to shame.... Spade Neutral Newbie October 21, 2009 Author Share October 21, 2009 Thank you ah tee... for seeing things out of the box and the clearer picture of deeper thought! That's probably why EVERYTHING keeps rising in price. I wish more people could see things with more grace and flexibility like you can.... thanks again! Spade Neutral Newbie October 21, 2009 Author Share October 21, 2009 Woah! And this experience has shown....what? That you think you are better than the Security Officer? That you hold the gold? you misread my posts... PAP holds the gold... MCST holds the gold... management holds the gold... not the security guard. not the consumer. I won't have to explain myself further to you
Gnoikj Neutral Newbie October 21, 2009 Share October 21, 2009 I misread nothing...was it not you yourself who said that your wife wanted to buy a unit there just so you could oppress the security officer? How hypocritical....lets not turn this into a political discourse on power...rather, lets focus on how you managed the situation...
Beehive3783 Turbocharged October 21, 2009 Share October 21, 2009 (edited) If the TS had went back to the security post after parking at level 2 to tell them that level 4 was full, and ask for permission to park at level 2, do you think they would have clamped his car? My guess? No, if he had asked. Or they could have directed the TS to park elsewhere instead of level 2. Again, if he had asked. The keyword is ask. TS did not ask at all and walked off merrily for his appt after parking at level 2. What has not asking got to do with the talk about cannot see "open"? you're missing the point. Yoongf 4th Gear October 21, 2009 Share October 21, 2009 (edited) MCST reports to the council, if the council knows they just lost a potential resident they might not be too pleased, that means come next yr all the management and sinking fees might be going up You obviously do not know what u are talking about. Wad has a "resident" got to do with maintenance and sinking fees? So what if TS did not buy, the current OWNER still pays the maintenance fees. Snookium 1st Gear October 21, 2009 Share October 21, 2009 you deserve to be flame. Fancy call people idiot if they are doing the right job.
