Egrets flocking back again

Egrets are back again as usual . Probably taking a hiatus from their place of origin where the weather gets hotter.

 

With them around makes our green land more scenic.

 

The nos will increase as we approach year end.

 

They behave so much better compared to the ever irritating black crows.

i love seeing these birds, makes the place much more tranquil and peaceful..

I observe that these birds usually appears in the western part of SG. Seldom see them in the east.

 

Is there any reason? Or perhaps its just luck that each time i see them, its in the west.

On top of that, it gives the landscape a very refreshing change.

They are all over Spore especially swampy area.

 

When Jan, Feb come, they will fly back to their place of origin.

I just spotted a flock of 8 at the open field right in front of Sengkang Community Centre, where the new pool and hockey stadium is.

Add up the fun to those kites enthusiast.

They don't like cars unlike crows. Someone mentioned that they like swampy areas. So, unless you park your car in swamps...

dun ever waste time think about it....after thousands of miles of flying....all meat sure tough like hell....
