Chickenbackside 1st Gear July 22, 2010 Share July 22, 2010 Hey, CBS - this Reuters report will probably give you a cardiac arrest then... Oh no. I'm gonna die... The grass fed ribeye x2 + grassfed Porterhouse x2 + grassfed veal chops x2 + 1/2 wild salmon I ate last night is gonna shorten my life and gimme a heart attack... ↡ Advertisement
Chickenbackside 1st Gear July 22, 2010 Share July 22, 2010 Oh, since CBS is in the US, he may want to pop by this place http://www.bigtexan.com/free72.html They have the ultimate 72oz steak challenge... Hmm, technically I should be able to finish the steak. 72oz is around 2.041kg of meat. About the same amount I ate. But the potatoes and all the crap in my meal I will never touch... Chickenbackside 1st Gear July 22, 2010 Share July 22, 2010 Hey..CBS since u r in LA, will u be doing a NMR test on ur LDL? Not this time. Did one before last year already. Very low amount of LDL-P (the type that stiffens your arterial walls) and LDL particle size was 24nm (very big and fluffy). It's all good. What I wanna do is a coronary calcium heart scan. That tells me exactly how much calcification I have in my heart arteries. But too busy this trip to do it...

I wonder how did CBS manage to swallow all 10 pcs of tat portion Actually, I'm a huge eater, especially when I fast. The last meal before I ate the 2kg of meat was more than 24 hours ago, and 8 hours before I ate, I had a good workout where I ran most of sunset bvld (pretty long) and back up to Hollywood hills (very brutal cos extremely steep).
