Bro. cut the fruits and it will be faster.

BTW OT a bit, bro. Radx got the camera from you on your last MO,

can let me know when your next one is? Thanks. :D

The fruits - I am trying to be picky, but all in moderation - so far sticking to:

  • apples
  • blueberries
  • grapes
  • starfruit
  • bananas
  • papayas

Are any of the above bad?

Am already staying away from oranges, pineapple, watermelon, honeydew, rambutans, and other fruits.

Regarding the MO - 2nd MO closing today - if you want in, quickly send me your email addy so I can send you details. This probably final MO, as most of those who want the cams have got them. Otherwise you need to get from Radx all his spare cam.. he has many [blush]

Some people don't believe I don't get tempted anymore, but it's true. My taste buds have literally changed. But that's only possible due to 2 years of extreme discipline.

Yeah.. it's amazing how there is no longer any interest for rice or breads.... I just don't even think about them anymore. Even when there are no other options available.

same amount of reps/sets, went shopping for food, came back cooked and had dinner only at 9pm,

and worked on till 11 cutting up big two birds for Chicken Satay. :D BTW, sent you PM on the camera already.

Wah Han pau pau! Power man, one question, dark sauce can makan ah?Ok lah, for me I don't take.

You pau in bah chang leaf and cook as per the normal way in water or steam? Meat got marinate boh?

Any modifications from the norm? Like that is a fantastically good idea Han Pau pau, I can make Nonya change

filling. Thanks for sharing Han Pau Pau, this is what this thread is supposed to be, not all take and no giving.

BTW Han Pau Pau, I just remembered one thing, your BP could and I'm quite sure is due to the beans you are taking in your

coffee, I'm older then you are, and I kana one time,my BP all of a sudden shot up, was due to low grade Robusta beans being added into

the blend. Yes, Robusta, unwashed, has very high caffeine content, and it attributes to raising your BP. Thus I'm very careful with my beans,

I'm back to roasting my own. Please PM me if you have any questions.

bak chang r cooked in water for 2hrs and somehow most fats seems washed away [:(] . Meat got marinate with the regular chinese spices (eg.五香 etc) and some dark soy sauce.

I am now taking arabica beans n beans from Indonesia which are not roasted with sugar but butter. Roasting own bean too hardcore for me lah............... :D

wonder if those IDN beans are high in caffeine????

If you wrap tightly, the fat shouldn't "dissolve" mah? I used to make, but got rice outside, if not wrapped properly, filling all also gone,

maybe in your case, use 4 layers of leaf might stop. I'm going to try if I have time this weekend.

Beans wise, I suggest this, the butter thing in beans is really bad, go for naturally roasted beans, nothing added.

The darker the roast, after the 2nd crack, has far lesser caffeine then light roast beans. Starbucks has them, under espresso roast,

and you can also try their Mexican roast beans, grown under shade. Caffeine is ok, but the taste and body is really god.

IDN as in coffea, should be right about the same amount, but might lack the "taste" haven't tried, some I know bought in

said so so only on the taste factor.

i don bao the dumplings as i am only in charge of eating [:p] . dumplings are quite well tight together and nothing came out. Maybe next time use lard instead of pork belly [laugh] .

True, IDN beans r less frangrance. But some how it got tat bit of bitterness that arabica beans don have. I like bittle stuff

Hmm...pork belly also like that.... I go try and see, using more leaves to pau, maybe tighter might help, mine willne nonya chang.

If you like bitter/sweet, then get yourself Costa Rica /Jamaican. BUt all med. roast niah, really will suit you would be

Starbucks Bag Espresso roast. They roast till very dark, bitter, caramel, acidic, less caffeine also. #12+one bag niah.

I personally can relate to the man-boobs thing. Prior to low carb/paleo/primal, whatever you wanna call it, people made fun of my B cups. All my life, I have had them. I never wore T shirts, and all (and I mean ALL) my shirts had 2 pockets. You can guess why.

They're pretty much gone now. Yup. No more B cups. In place, I have what I'd like to call "square plates". Psychologically, I still haven't come to terms with it. I cannot believe that I can wear a T shirt and not have people laugh at my chest.

But yes, it finally happened. I have a man chest now.

Consume wheat products, like poppyseed muffins, raisin bagels, and whole grain bread, and you trigger the 90- to 120-minute glucose-insulin cycle.

Blood glucose goes way up (more than almost any other known food), triggering insulin release from the pancreas. Glucose enters cells as a result, blood glucose plummets. You get hungry, shaky, and crabby, reach for another wheat or other sugar-generating food to start the roller coaster ride all over again.

Repetitive insulin triggering grows this thing I call a "wheat belly," the protuberant, hang-over-the-belt fat you see everywhere nowadays. Wheat belly fat is really visceral fat. Visceral fat means you have fat kidneys, fat intestines, fat pancreas, and fat liver, all causing the belly to protrude in the familiar way we've all come to recognize.

Visceral fat is special fat. Unlike the fat in the backside, thighs, or arms, visceral fat triggers inflammatory responses that are evident in such measures as tumor necrosis factor, interleukins, and leptin, as well as drops in the protective hormone, adiponectin.

Visceral fat also, oddly, triggers estrogen release. Estrogen triggers growth of breast tissue. That's why females with wheat bellies have up to four-fold (400%) greater likelihood of breast cancer.

Men also experience excess estrogen from the visceral fat wheat belly, causing "man boobs." This B-cup phenomenon means that inflammation is raging beneath the surface, all due to this thing you're wearing around your waist.

I wasn't aware until recently that male breast reduction surgery is a booming business growing at double-digit rates. So are special clothes to help men conceal their expansive breasts.

Perhaps the USDA is in cahoots with Playtex.

250grams lah, you want to eat clean, drink clean also lah.Besides, buy 10 packeets, get one free,

they will give you some sort of passport to stamp on for every purchase. So if you work it out, one bag less then $12.90.

FAR better then the present crap you're putting into your system.
