Don't mind telling me which swimming pool? Cos got one fellow I know, got tattoo a eagle over his chest, round 50 plus years old, not say very big,

but very yaya until my whole gym was about to whack the fark out of him, even myself, wear those very thin t-shirts, kind, to show off body.

You must have been quite a sight on a bike! 42" to 30" is no joke! The highest I ever been is 35" and I looked damn chubby. Can't imagine myself to be 42". I would have looked like a balloon LOL! Yup, I even some stretch marks also, not too obvious but it is there. It serves as a reminder to me of my more "prosperous" days. [laugh]

I broke quite a few bike frames in my younger days. My dad kept having to bring the frames to the welder to repair the joints cos they would literally break under my weight + my love to always try to do jumps, haha...

I ended up with a titanium Litespeed frame which I bought 14 years ago. It's still functioning today after having gone through a few rounds of component changes. I also have a Klein road bike which seems to have held up well.

I remember it was always a chore buying cycling shorts. Even the biggest sizes were extremely tight for me. Sigh... Well, not anymore. Now I walk into any clothing shop, the assistants will always guess my size to be between small and medium. They're right. Small fits my waist but too small for my shoulders and chest. Medium fits my shoulders and chest but I can fit a pillow at my waist area. Irritating to always have to bring my clothes for alteration for the perfect fit. But that's ok. Better than fitting perfectly into an XXL.

Yup. What got me measuring was the fact that when I bought pants, it ranged from size 38-40. So I decided to measure myself to find out how big my waist actually was. So that's when I found out the truth about my waistline.

What is the diff between Ayam Coconut Cream and Coconut Milk? I think I bought the Coconut Milk...both having same design and packaging... :(

Here you go:

Remember not to buy the ones in the box. They are UHT. You only want the PURE stuff, without anything added or taken away.

6kg is pretty significant! Congrats bro!

Coconut cream is thicker. It's literally a cream in terms of consistency. The process uses less water so you get a more concentrated form of coconut extract.

Coconut milk is more watery. The consistency is, well, like milk.

Depends on your preference. I like cream cos to me, it's much more yummy and has more fat. Exactly what I'm looking for.

Could well be that same guy. Look like a fishball on a stick,

hmm...could really be him. He couldn't and wouldn't do leg exercises,

and was always hogging the machine, saying he was "toning" lifting 2-3 pieces of weight

on the machines, then after one set will sit there and waste time and make people wait, till I got fedup

and told him to fark off, doesn't mean you pay one gym membership you can hog the machine like you own

it. I hate people who do that, personally I finish off my sets on the machine and move off quickly, other people

need to use the machine as well.

One more quick question...how do you drink this? Do you heat it up? Or put in fridge?

I EAT it, not drink.

I like it cold so I put it in the fridge. But you can just eat it at room temp if you like.

Usually, I pour it out into a bowl, add some almonds, macadamias, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, desiccated coconut... whatever I feel like, mix it all up and savour the next 10 minutes.

Tell me if you don't feel full after that...

Look very weird, not proportional, they're so lazy to work their legs that it makes them look like clowns.

Some even say it's because it's too painful to work out legs. Simple squats will do a world of wonders.

Sigh... [bigcry]

My top not big, but skinny legs... Wah, I better not meet you guys in person man!

Everyone is different man, but you can concentrate on leg exercises like squats

painful but very effective and time saving as well. My last weight I did squats

was at 210kgs 12 x 10sets. No joke and no bull.

I doubt I can do that weight now, being off for close to a month. Maybe 20% lesser.

the legs contain the largest muscles in the human body. If a person's leg muscles are underdeveloped, and then due to injury, they can't exercise for a while, they will grow fat quickly, because of this missing group of muscles to help burn calories.

Yeah. I do body weight prisoner squats and bulgarian split squat. But becos I don't go to the gym, it's really impossible to add bulk to my legs.

What's worse is I have genetically small legs... Sigh...

I guess I'll go to the gym someday, just for the legs...

Increase muscle size, you really need to stress it. the weight room would be the best bet.

Body weight with increase reps will not make the muscle bigger. Less reps, heavy weight will.

Or do the 5 x 5 stronglifts, train to failure. [;)]

Don't lah. I scared, haha...

Anyway, it's not my goal to have proportional body parts lah. I just like to be functionally fit. As long as when lift spoil, I can still walk up the stairs with a few bags of groceries, I'm happy liao.
