Skunk Clutched October 13, 2010 Share October 13, 2010 i think rather than spend money on a pedometer, better spend your money on some ankle-weights and a set of dumbbell put under your desk. I'm serious. Wear ankle weights n walk around all day. Dumbell for a quick workout whenever u feel frustrated.

Skunk Clutched October 13, 2010 Share October 13, 2010 (edited) 2. MSG - I think even Knorr's cube got MSG except it's not labelled as MSG on our diet, we gotta be expert label-readers LOL personally, if i do buy processed food, i never buy anything with more than 1% carb by weight. bought some german sausages to go with my whisky tonight, only 0.5% carb, and it's lactose, not flour (fructose)...79% pure pork hehe. One of the few processed foods i allow myself. Edited October 13, 2010 by Skunk
