i think rather than spend money on a pedometer, better spend your money on some ankle-weights and a set of dumbbell put under your desk. I'm serious. Wear ankle weights n walk around all day. Dumbell for a quick workout whenever u feel frustrated.

ankle weight a bit too stress for my ankles , i easily sprain my ankle .....

just sharing my recipe for roast pork.

it's awesome ^_^

 

Roast pork

Ingredients

1 kg pork belly with skin on

2 tablespoons sea salt (reduced to 1 tablespoon)

2 tablespoons Chinese rice wine

 

Marinade

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

40g red fermented beancurd (i did not add this as the smell is too strong for my famly)

2 teaspoons salt (reduced to 1 teaspoon)

1 tablespoon sugar (you might wanna - this out but i did not.)

2. MSG - I think even Knorr's cube got MSG except it's not labelled as MSG

 

on our diet, we gotta be expert label-readers LOL

 

personally, if i do buy processed food, i never buy anything with more than 1% carb by weight.

 

bought some german sausages to go with my whisky tonight, only 0.5% carb, and it's lactose, not flour (fructose)...79% pure pork hehe. One of the few processed foods i allow myself.

zhunbo u eat so much butter? What u eat it with? I have a teaspoon with my coffee, sometimes fry a fish with it, and it still takes me a week to finish one block.

should be norm lah.....1 block for 6 days. My OC went [dizzy] when she sees me eating yellow fats with broccoli ............

Many years back, those old uncle sit inside coffee shop and eat butter cubes with toothpick or fork, goes well with their coffee O. Eat this way, sure can finish fast..

Ingredients in Knorr chicken cubes:

 

Ingredients: salt, msg, partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil, chicken meat, chicken fat, lactose, hydrolized protein (corn, soy), sugar, yeast extract, natural flavor, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, spice, caramel color, tartaric acids, citric acids.
