i feel the blogger is looking for trouble. the ad is just to depict 'a pleasure to serve' it does not promote it as a promotion campaign.

 

Meaning if redbull say drink it and you grow wings, do you go to redbull office and demands for wings?! The blogger's IQ questionable.

I cant believe there are ppl as shameless as this. Which reminds me of one point in customer service.

More often than not, we complain about not getting good customer service compared to the likes of Japan (especially). But few have realised it takes two hands to clap. The customers in Japan are usually more polite than what we have here. So if you treat the sales staff good, I assure you will get good service in return (well, most of the time). Which is what I do most of the time. I hope I never get this type of customer.

So..... this ocbc customer..... i mean beggar..... still has the cheek to blog about it? What kind of morals and values are we imparting to our next generation?
