One time $100 and top up road tax (depending ur car capacity).

Can register from 25 Jan onwards at AXS machine. Heard once reg. on 25 Jan, the following Sat can use already, i.e. 30 Jan 10..

LTA never send letter to follow up the initial letter regarding the revision of OPC. So a lot of non IT literacy like uncles and aunties won't know how to do the conversion lo.
