ok for small dents. not perfect though, better then nothing. PDR tools with expert still best.

$17.90 is not cheap. If just a small dent, let the pro do the job. For example, CS-II paint charge $20 for 1 dent. (hope the price still the same).

Frankly it's not easy to DIY small dent removal even if you are equipped with the right professional tools. This skill cannot be learn over night, needs alot of practice before one is competent enough because in the process of pulling, one must not remove the paint and also need to slowly pin down all the high ridges. If the need arise , I suggest you get the professional to do the job.
