Visited a friend's house yesterday.

It was a HDB apartment in the west.

Reached at 7plus PM and proceed to park my car at the Multi Storey Carpark.

When i went back to collect my car at 12plus AM, i saw a deep scratch on the driver's side.

The scratch is around 30cm and deep to the metal!!!

What is wrong with these people?

Been driving this car for 1 year plus and no such thing happen before... guess I am just unlucky to be at the wrong place in the wrong time.

Anyone know of spray shop that do good partial respray?

Don't want to spray the whole panel as i am afraid that after respray, the door and body will have two tones. At least if the scratch part colour is off, it won't be as bad as the body and door having different tone.

Happen to my previous before.

Thanks.

Park such car n park in HDB very dangerous, best is to leave such car at home n drive a normal car, my relative nv drive his ferrari to HDB before when he pay visit to ppl, only drive his Merc as Merc very common in HDB flat, drive Ferrari confirm grab attention, some ppl see the car worth 3 times his house, very tu lan will try to damage it.

I thought there is a understanding that the company doesn't allow owners to parked their Ferrari at HDB carpark.

Singapore got nothing better to do , other than this cheap trill what else can you do , cheapo cars like fit also will kana. Think the people who are doing it are on random screening. Some of which are jealous. Just get used to it. Respraying partially must depend whether if the re-painter is able to smooth out scratch. Typically if the there won't be two tones unless the color of your car belongs to a unique paint car. I.e pearl , luminous green etc .

sorry to hear that.

my advice is :-

better to spray whole panel.

if not it wont blend nicely.

there wont be two tones since your car paintwork cant be that old.

spraying whole panel also ensures that the protection is more complete.

Just part and parcel of having a car, hard to have it 'scratch-free'. Just make sure the scratches are not deep enough to exposed the metal. If not, it's better to paint it over with touch-up paint before the rust starts and spread
