How you let go until like that is beyond me. used to run and run and run, then got knee problem slack at home. always on bike and car, never exercise, never chase bus hehe.. only walk.. but i can still walk long distance, only cannot run and maybe hormone decreasing alot and the eating habbits Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Because if you do constant speed cardio, meaning endurance stuff, chances are your body will adapt and become more efficient, thus burn lesser fats. Short, fast, variation, high resistance exercises will build muscles, which will in term rise your metabolism rate, thus will achieve better weight loss. Been reading from here.
