hi dear Skoddie bros

I seek your kind advice.

The "check oil level" warning light kept showing up recently in our Spb1, which the workshop checked and checked and found nothing. What could be the possible reasons since they checked the oil and everything and found seemingly nothing?

blessings and much gratitude,

hi Bro,

If all normal check or reset fails, it is the oil sensor. All you need to do is to have a closed circuit, what I did for mine was to cut the wire off, twisted them together. The Sensor is about S$40 at Xin Zhong.

yes my bro

I also used a personal diagnostic tool to check and seems no error, but the light would come on. I think bro Fortress has got it right. I will go work on it with the oil sensor.

blessings and much thanks to you and Fortress

Pax

no la dear bro, I won't impose on you for such jobs. However, I would enjoy having a meal, a coffee, or just fellowship with you anytime. If you are free this Thursday 7pm, do drop by at Hill St!

dear brother,

anytime when you have time! In fact, just had curry fish head with a fellow servant nearby. If you come by the next time, let me know?

The second thing I was referring to is the Thursday 7pm event along Hill Street. If you can come, sms me or email me? Pax+

Hi,

Is the "Check Oil Level" issue resolved? Echelon had this problem previously and it was due to sludging.

Visit Aldan Motor Services at AMK Autopoint to rectify this issue. The charges are fair and the workshop has 2 sets of VAG diagnostic tools.
