Robo 2nd Gear May 17, 2010 Share May 17, 2010 Anyone can help? for my Gf's VW Polo. i only know of performance tyres but those only come 17" and above.. dunno anything about 16" tyres... preferably something quiet, good performance in wet weather and decent lifespan (& cost) polo 16" might already be an overkill. i personally feel the polo isnt very responsive for mine on 195/55/15 16" will suffer more. lag of power increase in FC etc. unless u do something to increase the power of the car. i intend to only do that after awhile. 16" will look better thou. to answer ur qn. 16" have quite a gd range to choose from. depends on ur budget. gt bigger budget go for continental csc3, michelin pp3. mid range go bridgestone re001, gy eagle f1, dunlop sp sport, hankook v12, yokohama ad08 cheaper ones would be kumho ku31, wideovals

I got the info from a kaki here so I got to go in & check it out myself. Now I using Yoko A Drive. Very good grip but it not as lasting as Michelins. But price is much cheaper. Next time I prob go for Michelins PP2 or 3.
