Singhao 1st Gear June 23, 2010 Share June 23, 2010 Seen the X1 in the showroom. Liked the exterior but interior was a disappointment. Expected higher quality than that. It looked spartan and outdated to me. Performance specs not impressive too. But at this kind of price, I guess there will still be first time BMW buyers interested. ↡ Advertisement
Zac Neutral Newbie June 23, 2010 Share June 23, 2010 dont talk c--k la. service R8 need 7k? have you even been to the premium auto service center? who's your service advisor? i doubt you even own an audi, much less a r8. and no supercars have servicing cost that high. a standard servicing is about 1k, includes oil and labour. if it's pads and other wear and tear, then it'll be more. clutch replacements are not cheap as well, for e-gear or f1 transmission. nobody does servicing at 30k. unless ya an idiot. $7K. You use so much petrol meh? Already one of the most economical (in terms of fuel economy) of supercars all. You also wash your car so much meh. For what? Akula Turbocharged June 23, 2010 Share June 23, 2010 Sat in the car whilst 2 friends test-drove last Sunday. Ride acceptable on the std 17" rims. Interior space ok, though got no rear aircon vents. Nice touch on the big sunroof. I would say the power is adequate, with 3male, 1 female SE on board. Pricing kinda stiff at $164K with no disc. (OMV est in low $30Ks) Booked now shipment in Aug/Sep. Ferraricalifornia 1st Gear June 23, 2010 Share June 23, 2010 at least this 'basic, entry-level' BMW doesn't have anything basic or entry level like the 1-Series hatchback portrays.... the price seems agreeable too....

Ferraricalifornia 1st Gear June 24, 2010 Share June 24, 2010 it should just be RWD.... strange thing, BMW don't have this 2.0L 150bhp version in the european and UK market.... guess it's only unique to Asian markets....

Ferraricalifornia 1st Gear June 24, 2010 Share June 24, 2010 those buyers didn't buy the 318i when it was going for promotion mah.... even then, their 318i was bought during the time of low COE's.... if you're into 2nd hand BMW 3-Series, you should have gone straight for the 325i range.... ↡ Advertisement
