sooner or later, not surprised. but from the other side of the coin, perhaps these students take advantage of instructors' soft spots. thus putting the student-teacher relationship off the line. it takes two to clap right?

if it's my sister, fren, niece...I will run him down.. reverse... run down again... reverse.. get down of the car to made sure 1 of the wheels is on his face else my foot will be... [furious]

This is actually a dangerous precedent. I am forming my own points... Not totally related to this case.

 

Two people alone in the car, I presume no witness since the car was moving. It's words of the student vs instructor. What if the student has a personal vendetta against the instructor and falsely accuses him?

 

In this case what happens? Will the man be jailed of he cannot produce proof to prove that he did not molest the girl? The girl stands a huge advantage due to the woman's charter.

 

Not saying this is the case... But it might happen.

Not so easy to falsely accuse someone 1..my ex colleague backside dat time kena rub by boss..she go down police station take statement, investigate etc so many times she break down..but she persisted..

Yes not easy as Ur statements must be consistent and u must display the appropriate emotions.

 

Challenging, but definitely not hard, much less impossible.
