if the crime is true, it's only serves to confirm how bad some instructors can be. Just look at the 'qualified' drivers they churn out.

Dress like that during TP test maybe can help. But dress until like that during lesson for what?

This is actually a dangerous precedent. I am forming my own points... Not totally related to this case.

 

Two people alone in the car, I presume no witness since the car was moving. It's words of the student vs instructor. What if the student has a personal vendetta against the instructor and falsely accuses him?

 

In this case what happens? Will the man be jailed of he cannot produce proof to prove that he did not molest the girl? The girl stands a huge advantage due to the woman's charter.

 

Not saying this is the case... But it might happen.

 

Being in a car is no different from two colleagues in a meeting room, or two strangers in a lift, right? It's ultimately he-says-she-says if there's no witness.

On the other hand, i remember seeing most female students dress excessively revealing during driving lessons. Sometimes really dont understand women.

 

disagree. the lady instructors there cmi. they are just concerned in getting their so call passing rate in the website swee swee. if they find u cmi, they will just joy ride in the car without really teaching u, until u buey tahan, quits. so they earn your $$ and registration fees.

 

likewise for those male instructors with so call good pass rate. go for only those recommended ones will be better.

Nowadays the young gals learning driving dress until so sexy, miniskirts, tight lycra tees, hot shorts, nice perfume, good nutrition some more.....

 

Let you see and close encounter everyday, if one doesn't have good control it will be very hard to suppress the evil tots....keke

 

Come on, if tat guy can't take it, just take a bus fr Eunos to Geylang and settle his lust with $$. Wat a useless coward to go molest a defenceless girl. (defenceless becos she can't do much if she's driving and stuck in the car)
