2nd Hand Suzuki Every

I have 2 questions about Suzuki Every.

1. It is ~658cc and comes with auto transmission. Will it have any problem climbing steep carpark, while carrying some loads?

2. A large body portion of the vehicle is taken up by the windows. Is the body strong enough to withstand a crash and will the shattered windows become a hazard during a bad accident?

The van looks cute tough.

BTW, I used to drive an old Hijet for a year. It was quite fun but what I worried most was the safety.

Manual transmission is recommended but the 3 speed auto does its job of moving the vehicle and its load.

Does not have issues like Chery QQ which has been known to be unable to move up a multistorey car park.

Is the QQ's engine that bad?

yes my friend drives a manual chery qq says that the car is not very good, over 3 years the car interior looks like ten years old, headlight cover turns yellow and milky... the part that sucks most about chery qq is the service centre... daylight robbery.. he says its china cheap car with merc maintances (u get the idea)... brake pads cost $170 per pair and many other things... he told me that his car visits the workshop 4-5 times a year due to breakdown and the service centre super cannot make it... now he does it elsewhere... i kid you not... but overall he is not complaining cos its so cheap and it does its job bringing him from point A to B... he went to genting with it 4 times already, no frills car, so long dun expect too much will be ok... he modify some parts of his car and he is happy with it cos no choice cant sell...

yes the auto qq needs to turn off aircon at takashimaya carpark cos another of our friend bought it 2nd hand low at the price of $8800 for OPC in 2008... within a year or so they have trashed it already...
