Finally going for a matchmaking soon... but smoke too much la... teeth all yellow and lousy breath... How ar? Got anywhere to go for quick whitening or like good breath??

Well i had the same problem last time.. visited a dentist @ Novena Medical Center.. Smile Makers Dental Center... and i was impressed!! Went for scaling and the usuals.. the doc was very gentle yet precise.. she kept me calm by constant talking to me... It was over before i even knew it...

Go dentist and do polishing but can be quite painful for a few days due to wear and tear on enamel.

Told the chemical, a weak acid that erodes your teeth beyond repair if done often. Why not stop smoking instead?

i went for whitening before.. total package 500 bucks.. the dentist made 2 moulds using some kind of silicone, for the upper row and lower row of teeth.

 

4 sticks of some chemical gels (some oxide thingy), for me to apply during the night using the mould and stick onto your teeth. Do it every night, overnight. 2 weeks later can see the result, quite good.

 

But you need to maintain, otherwise, will turn yellow again...
