am not very well informed, silly, stupid and curious.

 

is it a crime to gather all car buyers, AD/PI included to verbally agree upon the maximum COE bidding price?

 

since COE is based on the median of the lowest and highest bid and supply and demand, wouldn't it benefit everyone if all agrees on a Quota to be shared among new car users?

 

say 1 AD bids 10000 all the others bid 20000 so COE will be 15000 for everyone, good?

Yes...it would benefit everyone except the gov. I like more people with such ideas like you to join the gov sectors!

 

Its ILLEGAL to do things against the gov!

 

You want to change the rule....get into politics....I will vote for you!!

no la, i am not qualify and will not stage a COE uprising. Just curious how come nobody even done that. I don wan kana lock up by ISA ar.

 

I pri school nei, cannot register as a political candidate except PSLE candidate.

Ahem... you really think the AD here never "discuss" on the price tag that they will be submitting for the COE?

It will never work in a world like this. Every man for himself. There will be definitely a bunch of people who doesn't mind forking out the spare cash to get the priority. =D
