Wonder who huh?

The boot mat on TB for Outback are mainly PU leather-like or like foam floor mats. FYI, Subaru Outback in Chinese is æ¯å·´é²å²è. You can use these in your search - æ¯å·´é²å²èåå¤ç®±å«.

One example of boot mat is this - https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a230r.1.14.49.XdKqzs&id=37849935854&ns=1&abbucket=17#detail

MI carries boot mat for Outback. I asked the SE during collection and likely to get it during the first servicing. He doesn't remember to exact price then. My guess is approx. $50-$80?

Mine fr MI look very diff fr TB

A cheaper solution. Get a few rubber mats. Stick some velcro below. Can get from DIY shops.

Good enough for the bike, the Golf Bay and the fishing gear.

Based on current MI price list, FXT is same price as Outback @ $129,800. When I first walked into MI showroom sometime in July 2015, Outback was priced about $10,000 above FXT.

FXT must be selling really well ! Lower OMV also means higher margins for MI ......Glenn Tan Huat Arh !!!

Just collected Pearl White last week. So far pleased with the ride and the handling. Fuel consumption seems rather high, about 12l/100km so far, perhaps still in running in period with about 300km so far. Any comments from fellow OB owners?

OB price hv to drop to push sales. 2.5 n.a. Xover not easy to sell with conservative bhp/nm. When i first looked @ subaru cars in 2015, OB was 5k more so my first intention was FXT. But when the diff narrow dwn to 1k, my intention sway toward OB for space & comfort.

Think many buyers (myself included)  started off looking at FXT but when price narrowed, went for OB for the same reasons you stated. When I bought, price difference was $2K.

MI says they have not been informed by Subaru Japan if our batch of Outback are affected by the electronic brake problem. It may also be a software issue. Nonetheless, all owners will be contacted in due course if the Singapore batch is affected.

you will not feel the difference, but engine will.

I have collect it last Sat, last day of April.

Still getting used to it. I was driving a 1.5L hatchback before and this car is bigger compared to my previous car.

A scratch on the side mirror signal light cover as I was reversing out from the parking lot. I mis-judged the space between the side mirror and the pillar and then... it happened... :TT_TT:   :a-bang:    [furious]

I'm on 98 petrol now as suggested by the SE. I'll try the 95 next to feel the difference.

8.5 - 9.1 ltr/100km so far for the last 10 tanks, using I-mode most of the time 70/30 hw/city. Kinda enjoy keeping the FC meter to green color most of the time. Edited by Vyeron
