Friendstar Supercharged April 24, 2011 Share April 24, 2011 I agree that Silver is a safe colour and nowadays, it seems that the two most popular colour are black and silver. That is why for the last two cars, the final choice of colour were between silver and black. Silver is easier to maintain but i like black for the shine. I feels that a black car will look newer after some time compared to a silver one. huh. i always tot that a silver car will look newer after some time. unless u religiously polish the black car until kim kim

PPL tend to like the fuss free white...but make sure you have a sealant once you take ownership. my next car white too That's is why I trying to advise all the Bros here to go for Sealant paint protection in my previous post when they get the ride. It's to protect the car paint work as well as giving the gloss look to your ride as new and as good as those from the showroom. I have read lots of good review from Unique and it's product CS-II and that will be the first my car will go once I get owners of the car.
Civic6228 6th Gear April 24, 2011 Share April 24, 2011 huh. i always tot that a silver car will look newer after some time. unless u religiously polish the black car until kim kim I guess everyone has their favorite colour and my is black. Attached my Y2008 E90 that I sold off at the end of last year. You are right, I maintained the paintwork religiously. I hand washed the car every week and will polish the car every couple of weeks and sent for treatment every couple of months. I agree "black" is not the easiest colour to maintain but seeing the "shine" make all the efforts worth it. One of my neighbour swear by the product "Tough Seal". CSI, 3mendous and Unique are some of the others in the market as well. For me, I prefer like to feel the smoothness and I use a regular polisher. I think no matter whether the car paint is white or not, still will have water marks & stains on the paint if u doesnt polish your car often.

Peaceracer 1st Gear April 25, 2011 Share April 25, 2011 Concerning Kia Forte According to reports, Kia Soul has being upgraded with the 1.6 GDI engine (140hp) which i suspect is found as the new Hyundai Avante to the world recently.... Thus don't be surprised that next time Kia Forte will also be upgraded with the 1.6 GDI engine (140hp) with 6 spd Auto... Piang eh, make me very very tempted Of cos, this would take some time....Not so fast... Btw, Avante with 1.6 GDI engine(140hp) would probably arrive first... Hey mike, how did you find out that kia is upgrading its engine? Does it also say that it will change its gearbox to 6sp as well? For the Avante, the dealer (long time friend) said that it is unlikely that they will bring in the GDI engine due to poor market response in the past (only the mit galant has it so far), emission problems and higher price tag..Yea, so abit sianz.. Sktan10 5th Gear April 25, 2011 Share April 25, 2011 Old Tucson looks more rugged. The new Tucson looks more curvy and sleek. Same like the new elantra looks more like boss car, and the forte looks more for youngster. Same feel!I prefer the old tucson.SUV should look rugged. Haziqko Clutched April 25, 2011 Share April 25, 2011 hahah but not affordablity but is it worth to pay for the extra. if there was xenon lights. i would kinda be on for the elentra. I'm sorry to burst your bubble but... having xenon lamps means the need for a transformer in the lights housing... that means it has to be maintained in a careful manner to have a longer life for it... and its expensive to be replaced if there was an accident or the thing is faulty. I'd rather get a cheap halogen bulb which is so easy to change...

If it is just for the brightness, do we really need it in local night driving condition as our roads are pretty well lit. If is a standard supplied with the car, I will take it. Zirano Neutral Newbie April 26, 2011 Share April 26, 2011 I visited to komoco yesterday. SE said that test drive elantra is allowed now on weekday morning from 9 to 12. since they have only one car in show room, they won't let the car test drive during busy hours.
