Elevatorman Neutral Newbie July 13, 2011 Share July 13, 2011 You are saying for your bike, but this fluid is more car. Its premix (dont have to dilute with water) "anti freeze, anti rust long life coolant" and comes in 3.785L bottle. But I guess will work for any engine. Kyojin 1st Gear July 14, 2011 Share July 14, 2011 i suggest that you do not go just by colour. it is best to use exactly the same brand. if unsure, best is to flush out completely and change. there's a thread somewhere on this forum that goes into details... with lots of info from Bro Genie47. do a search, u'll be rewarded. Told many years back, a certain car brand had used a dedicated coolant for their engine. Due to ignorance or ortherwise, Owners/workshops replenished with water for one reason or another later. The water dissolved the gasket and the respective engines had to be overhauled for the damages. It is good to know what is going on before some serious damages caused by ignorance. Keenblade Clutched July 14, 2011 Share July 14, 2011 So far the two main types of coolants I've seen are red (anti-freeze) and green (anti-rust). I don't think SG/MY has any possibility of freezing over, so I just stick to green lol

Yeobh 4th Gear July 14, 2011 Share July 14, 2011 (edited) Looks like you did not bother to google for info. Try to get them right before putting up your views. This subject has been discuss in this forum more than 101 times. The anti-freeze ( don't be mislead by the name) glycol if correctly mixes with distilled water not only helps to reduce freezing temp to as low as -37deg C but also bring boiling point up to 135 deg C.
