there is no handle but something that protrude out. since its install at the washing point, i guess it got to with wash our rides but i can't find any tape either.

at first i thot is for burning of incense but i can't find the opening either. the top cover can't be open leh. i tried already.

Can't be cos the entire MSCP has already installed the sprinkler. this thing is precisely placed inbetween 2 washing bay lots so that people can share (at least this is what i am thinking along)
