If report, your company will also suffer reputation loss... Other rival companies will prolly not hesitate to wash your coy's dirty linens when competing for deals...

Sometimes these things are very vague, you don't buy, some customers "complain" behind you...

You buy, they got so-on-and-so-forth policies...

like i procure, recommend, without approval i cannot go through...so if violate policies choosing higher and not approve by him, thats another complicated case liao

the one who sign quite critical

Unless the things not delivered yet procurer signed..another different case..

thats why when i did Gebiz purchasing and when i saw SLA case..i thinking this guy is v smart to crack the loophole but his jobs are 'undelivered' kind..so abit different

The SLA case, the fella also asked for it, driving flashy cars, and who knows whatever other things he did. Confirmed alot pple eye-balling him liao...

I don't think it's undelivered, he prolly signed empty shell maintenance. W/o hardware costs, this kinda empty shell maintenance is PURE 100% margin...

actually heard from somewhere that before the accident they are already investigating.. in fact the recent few case, all suspected 1 year or more back. but heard, not expose because they are still seeking evident.

Turbocharged

A previous fund I worked for has strict corporate policies on gifts. Vendor sent a basket of fruits and it has to be declared and shared which is not a problem. Vendor next sent an expensive pen and someone kept it. Maybe they cut the pen in pieces and share also :D

The problem is some of the guys there are the most corrupt but this is just my opinion. Don't ask me further :D
