i think mas selamat escape is exactly his fault. when u had singapore number 1 terrorist in hand, the least a minister should do is to send the message of the seriousness of guarding the terrorist to all levels. he just need to say to his subordinates "step up the security of whitley detention, make sure no fly can come in and out. " then fend will be heightened, steel grill will be installed at all windows , guard duty doubled, more patrolling etc ....
