No issue or contridiction with that. most of the things going to icloub are less than 1 mb. in case you are thinking of those apps or stuff that are more than 20mb. the moment you buy they are place it there right from itune store. its not done through iphone. so no issue with that. They scared kena sue by people.. cos Singapore is the rare country that offers data limit >1GB for even the most basic data plan.. most countries i see, offered 50-200mb for their lowest end plan..
