Just curious,what is a fair number of test drives before one signs?

 

I brought my in laws to the showrooms Yst and bumped into the previous SE. Tot of giving her another chance so i requested for a test drive since my in laws were there and they are not convinced when i told them im considering Subaru. My SE knew that i will want to show my parents and asked what will happen on the next time I bring my parents. Soft of hinting why do I want to test drive when I'm not ready. I laughed it off that I will be ready when my parents see the car. However my in law was displeased Haha.

 

Gotten a quote for 98800 for NG 8 bids (SE said she has to ask her mgr if I'm keen). No more freebies and it's the lowest price possible

Hi, I checked it out last weekend. My SE told me was 2.5 K for 4 years. So with first year free, its a total for 2.5 k for 5 years. Hope this helps.

A quick review of my XV after driving for 1 month and hitting 1000km...

 

Pro:

- superb handling and drive feel

- spacious interior cabin

- good noise insulation (coming from Toyota Wish). Even my colleagues driving Honda Vezel & Nissan QQ said it's quieter than their rides.

- good road visibility due to height

- sufficient engine power (was initially concern if it will be sluggish or underpowered)

 

Con:

- achieved ard 10km/l due to almost 100% city driving

- old school DRL instead of LED

 

Conclusion:

Was comparing Altis/Wish/Vezel/QQ before getting XV. No regret going with AWD. It's really "Confidence in motion", especially when it's raining or wet roads! :)
