the problem with Government agencies or GLC or even the civil services is that they are always so "wayang"

Likes to make the figures looks good, thus so much cover ups.

If you work in one before, you should know that way before the drills, news about this drill have already spread to everyone in the organization. "Please be prepared that there's going to be a fire drill coming monday morning"

Its all staged.. so it always looks good.. But when things really happens..everyone not prepared.

i think it is a not so smart question

the answer is simple

DONT GO TO WORK

call boss up

and tell him

Hey, good morning boss

our government screw us up big time this time

you know how far i stay from the office

even if i put on my swimming trunk and swim to work

by the time i get to office

it is time to close office

so what is the point of coming to work

right, boss

......... hello hello hello hello boss are you there

hello hello

basket kena fire

The tunnels can serve as huge longkangs to channel the floodwaters underground.

Then ENV can contact SMRT to lease their underground stations for storage of these water.

With such creativity, no wonder now we can allow the 1st water contract with MY to lapse.
