Yup..The silver meta 99 is wax not polish...

So u mean it safe to use it weekly by using hand polishing...

 

Alan, if it is a wax..you probably need to reapply every 2 weeks or up to a month..There are some wax that recommend layering but some not as it will mute the shine..

I realise tis wax CANT mix with water..Very hard to wipe off...Best to keep it all dry...

 

Can't mix with water.. does it mean "water proof" wax, as in water will slip from the application area and the car be dry at all times with no more white spot which is obvious for black car after rain?

Bringing up a old topic.

 

Tried a few ang moh brand....doesn't seem to bring out the shine.

 

After reading this thread, took out an old tin of Soft 99 Meta Clean, apply using my Ryobi buffer. Instant shine.

 

I am not using any cutting pads, so I guess this product has some wax fillers to level the damaged clear coat.
