Supercharged

Maybe my next tyre will be 215/55/17 cos I find 50 like quite bouncy.

225 or 215 I find cornering the same lei no different.

I tot 55 will even be more bouncy than 50?

U back look this thread maybe u can find.

So far about 20k km liao and so far still very quiet.

Thank you for the head-up, will do.

Besides my stringent [rifle] servicing and maintenance efforts, I'll never neglect the importance of tyre for sure. [flowerface]

How your buddy getting on recently, did he cash out your cash cheque ? [laugh]

But 55 will be more comfort than 50?

I'm now driving happily with Michellin PS3 215-55-R16 and this brand still performing within my expectations plus satisfaction, I suggest lowest profile stays at 55 to avoid pot holes and road debris damaging the rim and wheel hub assembly, rims are super expensive

comfort means more bouncy, am I right ? hard means no comfort.

the higher the profile, 50 to 55, the more bouncy it gets

my profile is 45 and its hard. [laugh] I ever have 40 profile, and its damm HARD.

After reading so much.. Which tyres is best in noise ?

Bridgestone GR90 should be right up there.

But then again if you are after noise sound control, money would be better invested in sound proofing solutions for your car.

Hi,

I came across goodyear efficientgrip performance. Seems like replacing or improve version of the current efficientgrip.

Any users on GY efficient performance?

What's the difference from assurance triplemax? Also new also covers better braking and fuel savings.

I think GY efficientgrip performance more towards sports behaviour, premier touring category (ie: cornering and optimize dry and wet grip, very low rolling resistance) and covers larger tyre size.

For triple max, I understand its more of all in one (comfort base) for mid size vehicle category and also emphasising on fuel saving. Size think from 14 to 17 only.

Have anyone tried the new GOODYEAR EfficientGrip Performance? Looks like tyrequeen is selling them when I check their online site. Time to change my tires because it's getting very noisy.

What about efficientgrip performance? It's supposed to be better than efficientgrip. Anyone know how much for EG performance?
