I was having a loose tooth when in pri 6 21 years ago and I ate similar fruity sweet ( cube style) and it's strawberry flavour so it's pink colour. The sweet stick to my loose tooth and when I start chewing, my tooth came off as it was stuck to the sweet and I spit it out n rush to toilet. When I came back, my classmate thought my gum and tooth drop out.....lol

Used to like the blackcurrant, sugar coated one.

 

Now I like The Natural Confectionery Company gummy if really wanted something to chew.

Maybe my range of affordable price range still stuck at below $1.00 when I was still a kid.

ya.. always stuck on teeth. But I like their Rowntree's Fruit Pastilles instead

Ageed, this fruit gums always got stuck on my teeth when i ate it when i was young. But this fruit gums and fruit pastilles both are my fav sweets when i was young.

The fruit gums and pastilles like suddenly got edge out of Singapore. Now it's like impossible to find on the supermarket shelf.

I think the fruit gums was like only $0.40 long long time ago.

can be found in ntuc. anyone can recall round mint tablets w speckles of blue or green depend on flavor. the packging is in gold.

Wondering how come those sweets that we eat during our younger days, now all just disappeared from the shelf?!

 

The polo sweets still around? Dont seems to see people eating it.

I bought a tube stick of multi flavoured pastilles yesterday - sugar coated, very sweet. Really looked and tasted like the rowntree brand - but it was some other brand - cost $1.50. Was also very tasty and fruity. Could not stop eating and finished the entire tube in about 1/2hour.

 

Got to go and try marks & spencer next.
