True also, even not clearing clogs but some pipe leaking etc, think even $100 also need to pay, cause after changing to new pipes, it should be able to tahan another 5-10 years. Not as you called for plumbling service every day.

Try using Bleech to clear smelly and sticky brown stains into Kitchen basin, sewerage pipe and WC bowl, Im using this method for more than 30 years.

the only thing i can change is light bulbs... i need a plumbler to take a look at this funny problem. i got this very irritating tap in the kitchen sink. will keep groaning and release water and tremble when water from other outlets are used. (eg, washing machine release water into tumbler, master bedroom flushing, even other taps turned on). The last plumbler i called, he say the sink tap inside broke. changed a tap and problem solved. now 6mths problem come back again. anyone has this problem of groaning tap?
