Sofarsogood 1st Gear August 1, 2012 Share August 1, 2012 It could be the hot and dry weather recently. The mozzies visit me at night, and being a light sleeper, I was easily disturbed by the stings. Even with the fan full blast also cannot ward them off. Who here got a good solution against them? ↡ Advertisement
Liping24cn Clutched August 1, 2012 Share August 1, 2012 Get the UV light zapper. Get those with the suction air fan to draw in the insects. Around $59 from HN Novita brand. If want more kiasu, then light a mosquito coil. If too dangerous, then get those plug in chemical diffuser. Lately my house appear a few weird looking spiders, don't know it's the warm weather or what, lots of spider webs at the edges of wall as well. Last night saw a 1cm long, silvery color spider. Liping24cn Clutched August 2, 2012 Share August 2, 2012 Density of air is the same at first story or 16 floor, to a mosquito. The act of flying up just takes more energy, and longer time to reach 10th floor. Sometimes, the wind draft that hits the edge of a building, is pushed upwards, and the mosquito gets a free ride up to your 10th floor without much effort.
