I'm no expert but one of the reasons one has back pain is because of their bed..too soft n there's no support, too hard may also cause backpains too

Tampines CPF building has 1 Chiropractic clinic. At 2nd floor.

If need rehab, go 5th floor for Physio.

Then go 4th floor for the gym to strengthen your muscle.

After workout, then go back to 5th floor for massage. proper one. [thumbsup]

Find out the root of the problem first, get an xray or MRI scan.

Then decide which course of treatment is best for you.

Penn & Teller did say that chiropractic is b-------t!

All TCM originated from Huang di ne ching.

Go to youtube and watch this. It may help a lot of people to improve their health

Hongzhi qiao.

Side track a bit. Many years ago, i saw a group of angmoh learning tie da in hospital in China.

My question. was this Chiropratic a repackaging of TCM tie da.

Just like china invented compass n gun powder, but was improve and re package by the west.

The korean has recognise this and is fighting back with samsung hp to give apple a run if its money.

Just my view
