Roaches are among the most filthy creatures on earth as they lived and crawl around rubbish/garbage bins or any of the most filthy places you can think off. The numerous kinds of germs on their legs can trigger intense food poisoning if indirectly passed onto the food we eat. So one can imagine the level of toxins he is taking in while consuming them direct and in such numbers. As such the toxins would be several times higher than just typical food poisoning which in some severe cases can already be fatal. I wonder why people just don't have the brains to think for themselves when they do such things. The organiser of the event should have known better too. Even though the contestants signed letter to discharge them of any liability, don't they feel bad when a contestant died from the idea of such an unorthodox contest? They ride over faeces, and dirty matter, picking all sorts of unknowns. that to me, is unknown and can be fatal If I'm not mistaken, all those "weird" stuff that's eaten on shows like "Fear Factor", etc. must actually be cleared as fit for human consumption by authorities like their FDA. Else it'd be illegal according to their laws, which they can't avoid due to the public nature of the show. So that would rule out food poisoning etc. But this is a small-town contest, so... Man the cockroaches there are much bigger and looks harder than those here. When they put them into the mouth and bit, the white juice spewed out of their mouth and the contestants looked to be in agony. i was like feeling nauseas when i watched it. yucks !!
