ITB100HD feedback

My ITB 100 isn't working as intended.

 

It is not recording the driving when I viewed the SD card.

 

Checked with the ITB vendor who sold me and he advised that I unplug the power connector before removing the SD.

 

Anyone has similar encounter or share your views?

 

I believe this is a great product and like to see it work.

Hi, my ITB -100 Len hub turn golden brown. Anyone have the same issue? Maybe park under sun for too long and the Len hub ( plastic ring around the Len) become golden brown.

 

Sounds like your cam got toasted.

Can we know how long have you been using it?

Is the recording function still working fine?

I'm asking to estimate the lifespan of the device.

I think your vendor is right. After I removed the power, I usually wait for the cam to sound off twice before I remove the sd card. So far ok.

I am trying to hear the sound of the cam on and off earlier before slotting and removing the SD card.

Hi guys,

 

Went SLS yesterday but seems like most shops are out of stock for their 32G class 10 SD card whereas those that have it are quite expensive (around $45-$50 a piece).

 

So just wanna check where you guys bought your 32G class 10 SD card, specifically which shop and the price you paid.

 

Found one in Gmarket called Memorette but couldn't find any reviews on it. Any bros used it before?

Memorette is cheap and good. Been using it under the hot sun even before I got the ITB-100HD. Still working till date. Already 1+ years liao.

u MUST unplug first before removing the card, yes wait for the beep beep tone to finish

if not the data inside might become corrupted

if u remove card very often, go install a on/off switch instead

heard that if u unplug it too often, the connector will become loose

didnt check that area ever since i mount it on my windscreen

the space between windscreen and cam is too narrow to see

anyway as long it doesnt affect the recording, i dun really care much la

just got mine over the weekend and i have to say im pleased with it so far. yes the camera will be hot when it is switched on parking mode but will cool down once you are driving. i think everyone is aware that the video quality is good even at night. i would also suggest everyone to adjust the settings to set motion to insenstive so that it doesnt record every single movement as every video is about 40mb.

All of the 3 products serve the same function - which is to cut off output power in the event that the car battery reaches a low enough pre-determined voltage set by the user. The cutoff voltage settings differ from one product to another though. So check it out before you make a purchase.

Ultimately, just get one that is most compatible with your car recorder.

Hi there, I am interested too. Currently using a made in china brandless cam for 1.5yrs with 8gb SD card with no issues but night videos are not very clear.(wat u expect from a usd45cam??) Wanna upgrade to itb100 with power magic.. anyone can point us out in the right direction as there are just too many post to go through?

go to any Audio shop and ask them to extend the wire.
