Everything is still working fine. I bought it last year May 2012. Just feel weird that the plastic hub has turned golden.

Hi, interested to buy from apple ct but now I am abit confused on the power magic pro/ PMagic/ itv-80.. which is better for everyday use including the parking mode at all times?.

 

Another thing is, can I link another rear camera to the PMagic so it can support 2 camera at the same time during parking?

 

I intend to reuse my old camera for the rear.

Any advice is much appreciated.

My cam only operates when the ignition is turned on. I do not use the parking mode.

I read somewhere that apple-ct has set up his own online shop but don't know where.

But seems that the prices is a couple of dollars higher than what he quoted me at ebay.

I bought from Apple CT before. The local AD set is priced 50% more than Apple-CT but you have the advantage of local 1 year warranty and 1 to 1 exchange if the set fxxks up.

 

Personally, itronics ITB-100HD is rather reliable and plus the fact I don't use parking mode, hence, no heat issues, I decided to buy direct from Korea.

 

For me, I can't justify paying 50%($265 vs $398 installation inclusive) more for a local set bec I don't expect any warranty issue and even if it did come to that, it means $43 and 8-10 days of downtime which I can live with.

 

So you have to decide which are you comfortable with.

If you wish to use parking mode, it will be better to use a power-cutoff device.

The itv-80 comes with 1 cig socket. Not sure if you can use a splitter like this to accommodate 2 cams.

Yup, Apple-CT has increased his price to USD193 (SGD 245). I paid $20 to have it installed. Total $265.

 

I just did a 5 sets order for myself, friends and relatives. Each set cost USD182 (SGD231). Installing at the rear for my ride.

 

Total damage for front and rear cams w/o Powermagic: SGD522. (With installation)

Went SLS yesterday but seems like most shops are out of stock for their 32G class 10 SD card whereas those that have it are quite expensive (around $45-$50 a piece).

 

So just wanna check where you guys bought your 32G class 10 SD card, specifically which shop and the price you paid.

 

Found one in Gmarket called Memorette but couldn't find any reviews on it. Any bros used it before?

I bought the itv 80 as well for each cam since it is not that expensive.

 

IIRC AD also mentioned b4 that cannot share the ITV-80.

 

 

I bought my 32Gb class 10 from Gmarket already n using it now. Very affordable @ $21 each.

I only paid $6.10 with singpost airmail. $6.10 is with tracking...

 

My box was big too and I stuffed it with a lot of newspaper. If you have a proper box, should be less than 5 bucks easy.
