i tink TP wayang only... everytime muz wait for someting major/bad to happen dan relevant authorities come out in the news to say they going do tis and do tat... noting happen dan everyone else slping and get paid fat fat bonuses... well i tink tat's life and how come i do not enjoy such perks?

Bro, I empathized with you...I do not cordone reckless driving but speeding is questionable. At least to me. I was summoned before for 'speeding' at, wait for it, ORCHARD BOULEVARD on the 4th of Jan for doing a speed of 62km/h at a 50 km/h road.Behind Wheelocks Place opposite the condo construction. A road of 4 freaking lanes. 62KM/H ON A FOUR LANE EMPTY ROAD. summoned 6 pts and fined 150 bucks. paid the fine and take the points. Colleagues were laughing at me coz 50km/h at that road is damn useless.Have to go gear 3 all the way. Who does that? Colleagues said I was damn damn damn damn damn damn damn damn damn damn damn damn suaaayyyyy. Nevermind I said. I broke the law. No matter how stupid sometimes it can be.

 

tat place is dangerous. i kanna last year too. for 70km/h..zz.

There is a reason for limiting speed to a level for each and every road. It is very difficult for normal people to analyse these speed limits.

 

If you were doing 62 km/hr on a road of 50, you should be receiving only 4 demerit points and 130$. You have received 6 points and 150$ means, you were doing anything between 70 and 80 km/hr on Orchard Bld! Dangerous man! Control!!

 

If your friends say speed limit is stupid and if they encourage you for speeding, they are bad friends! Cut them!!

nope...still got the letter...strange...anyways road is empty other den myself, and i was doing a straight w/o zig zaggng so yeah...strange.human nature bro....empty road tend to shift up a lil'.... anyways i did not appeal as i broke the law, so as to speak.

TS, have you appeal? if not ..do write in and stated over here ..base on the some Mod and other that if you travel at speed limit ..you are road hogging..and road hogging is an offence..so youno choice but to travel above speed limit..

I think they should make lane 1 100km/h mandatory and fine those hogging it (<100km/h) on expressways instead.

 

PS: Lorry, vans and trucks with speed limits should be restricted to left most lanes.

well that mod will still argue that you are still road hogging even if you up the limit to 100km...as long as you travel within speed limit..

to him..speeding is then not consider road hogging..
