Hi guys,

When buying from PI grey mkt, what should I look out for, other than original box, papers, receipt, dates?

Thinking of getting from a commercial trader/dealer advertise on swx.

Thanx

Do you insure your watches?

My boss watch insurances cost him $7k plus per year.

What would the cost of all his watches for that to hit that premium?

Saw him wearing this today (A. Lange & S

ask yourself, if your life insurance cost 7k a yr, how much coverage is that let alone watches.

your boss open watch shop ah? [laugh]

No he's a physician in private practice.

I'm paying abt $1.5 k for my $200k car per year so i estimate his watches is close to $1 mil?

But i really dun know.

Car is different lah, u used it on the road, risks are higher. Watches basically insured against fire n theft only

Insurance for watches and jewelry is around 2-5% of the value. Painting and antiques about 0.3%-1% of value

So based on 2%, his watches cost would be close to $400k?

Time to ask for more pay increment.
