It was bad this morning at around 7am. Thunderstorm plus heavy rain made visibility very poor for driving. Jams at many junctions. Yourboss 5th Gear April 17, 2013 Share April 17, 2013 Took me about an hour to reach china town (from upper thomson entrance to sle/cte). Did not notice any ponding along CTE though. Passed by the fallen tree. Saw that it occupied leftmost lane only. Cannot understand why it caused such a massive jam. Still have 3 lanes to travel. After that part, was able to go 90km/h. got one EMAS truck was there at the tree i think they just direct traffic they should just equip the EMAS teams with a chain saw whenever there is a tree drop down, EMAS Team will chain saw off the connecting branch and tow away the drop down tree to the nearest open area then wait for NEA's the Fallen Tree Squad to clear the Fallen Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
