I've personally seen a man shitting on a busy street in HK. Surprisely no one bothers abt him. It may be common in china especially in rural area. Well i've seen it with my own eyes! nothing special to me.

i caught one PRC shitting at the hdb void deck...called the police and they came down....told me not a seizeable offence....i told the police he is shtting in full view of school children (indecent exposure) walking to school early in the morning at 7am....called the IO and then they brought the PRC back to station....

 

IO called me and said that guy is drunk after the company D&D previous night...his colleagues brought him back and left him there...

 

in the end, after consulting AGC, only stern warning issued to the PRC.... :angry:

 

Under the enviromental public health act, it is an offence to defecate in public places.

 

The police should have referred the incident to NEA.
