Leather straps can get anywhere. Bras basah has plenty Also different types of clasps I usually custom make mine in crocodile skin of various colors. Just ordered two more, one gray pebble croc and the other hornback purple for the watches i gave to my ex girlfren. If you like expensive hand made good stuff, google hughes handcrafted.
