Opel17 6th Gear January 23, 2014 Share January 23, 2014 Try checking Ban Heng Restaurants with branches at Boon Keng, RELC, HarbourFront, Downtown East, Orchard Central?. Their CNY sets are quite good value, and can request to upgrade the dessert to "or nee" [yam paste]. Want to take own sweet time during dinner ? Ask for 2nd seating. *at some locations, 2nd seating mean the carpark may be full due to 1st seating parkings. *usually the 1st seating is allowed 2 hours.
