I was told Vicom use to be very fast but now need 2-3 weeks. So, I am not sure if there is this added timeframe. Thought I saw report that LTA is looking into speeding up. So, I am puzzled with this new info from my PI.

 

I think in earlier postings in this forum, once a PI applies for VITAS, there should be a date for VITAs given by LTA. PI told me that VITAS application was submitted on 20 Jan 15 but he is still not informed by LTA of the date for the VITAS. So, there is still no fixed date for VITAS. So, again I am puzzled.

 

This is again normal. After LTA received the application, LTA will decide how many slots they are going to give to each car dealer. So just have to wait patiently. By the way you secured your COE already right?

Did not remember VICOM+VITAS can take more than 4 weeks. That is why I am a bit impatient.

 

Have not secured COE (as far as I know) as my deal is 2 bid guaranteed (without top-up) after VITAS.

Activated CTBA twice these two days when drove too fast and close to gantry. I just continue my driving and the CTBA light will just go off.Would like to double check v bros, am I right to do so? TQ!

Finally VezelX was registered this morning, and managed to pick up this afternoon. The drive is good, suspension is great, now learning all the cool stuffs in the vehicle. Very impressed with the technology come with the car.

Loud sound like crashed on something

 

Usually, there is no loud sound. Just loss of power and irritating beep beep beep.

The loud sound comes if you happened to be accelerating.

 

Either case, just ease off on the gas for 1-2 seconds and you are good to go.
