If only elantra or even sonata comes with the 6 speed manual transmission.

If the Sonata came with the 1.6 Turbo plus manual that would be truly awesome...

Tq.

My sales wanted to give me a lousy front cam. So i requested a front n rear with wifi and record while parking.

I top up $150 for the cam.

Total i paid $74k (auto) + insurance + $150 (cam)

I think u pay $1k more because of higher coe

But i donno whatâs wrong with my habit. Im not a heavy footer, I dont step, release, step, release. I dont drag gears. Now I increase my rpm to 2500 to 3000 during move off.

Turn ON the eco mode and often can see the eco light is on. Really dont understand. Dont know y my vitara 2.0 auto better fc

Hi Riclee78,

My FC is about 11 to 12km per liter after about 1 week driving my Accent...shown on dashboard 8.5L/100km. Thanks

Congrats to your new ride and thanks for the updates.

But i think the dash computer calculate is not accurate. Mine also showing around 8 to 10L/100km but I refill more than that

It will never be exactly the same...

yup. Its base on averaging.

If starting of the journey you get a good consistent start with no stopping as well as moderate the right foot to release the throttle, I believe even 14km/lt is possible.

The interesting thing is this... if I start off a new tank badly (clock poor fuel consumption), my final average value on the trip computer can be quite a poor figure... but if I start off well (drive highway all the way home immediately after pumping to full tank with little traffic in the estate roads), the final average value on my trip computer can be pretty excellent... but for both situations when I do a per tank average by dividing the mileage over the number of litres pumped, I get figures that are usually +/-0.5 to 0.8 km/L... meaning you're stuck with whatever figure you're actually getting regardless of what your trip computer tells you... cos the most consistent factor in all these is your driving style... heh heh...

After seeing all the FC here I switch on the real time FC mode but spoils my driving mood. I like to floor accelerator and FC average 6.8/100 to 7.8/100 . Happy this way haha.

Noob question, car locking unlock no sound normal ? Understand that it doesn't come with alarm lol.

I asked the same question 2 years back. These days most cars if their alarm is original from factory, it lock and unlock with no sound.

My previous Toyota vios from 2006 came with it as it was an aftermarket installation.
