Calculating a car's cost in SG. Is my understanding below correct?

 

A Toyota Alphard has OMV value of 50K on average, with all fees and COE around 35K now, total cost of the car is around 147K.

 

OMV = 50,000

Fee = 25

RF = 220

ARF = 62,000

COE = 35,000

VES = 20,000

Total Cost = 147,245 167,245

 

Borneo is selling this at 217K. So their gross profit is around 70K?

 

TMC -> TMAP -> BM-> Consumer.

 

$50k is TMAP margin.  How much TMAP sells to BM is unknown.

U missed out the VES and Custom duty.

If not wrong, VES is $20k surcharge and Custom duty is 20% of OMV.

I love this interior so badly! especially these airplane seats, the footrest can come up, and the seatback can decline to lay flat.

In addition, I  installed bonoss wheel spacers, which improved the turning performance, All the details are shown in the video below

I really don't want to get intimidated and burned by the sales who just trying to rush me buying at MSRP price. COA is going up more and more!! Better buy now than later!! Hello Alphard owners, Looking at  preowned 2017 registered Toyota Alphard, anything to watch out for🧐 non phv unit, 3 owners, mileage unknown, what is the fuel consumption like? Fuel tank 75l so looking at  around $200 for full tank on 95?

Went to test drive a preowned ah30 alphard but notice the instrument cluster is not lighted up, was told it was dim because of the sun, is that normal? Or due to blown fuse or electrical issue. Tot analog instrument cluster should always be lighted up regardless of the day or weather 
 

I have been driving with full digital cluster so forgot how the analog lighting works🤣
