Hi Zpliu,

 

Yes I did .. not too expensive when bought used from ebay usa but need to ensure to get the right one with right mounting only. They come with/without compass etc.

 

I also bought the side mirrors with dimming and welcome light together with BSM that works nicely with my aftermarket BSM module. However pls note that these LHD USA has different field of depth that make it dangerous to use the left mirror which I had to remove and use back the left one that came with the aftermarket BSM i.e. I ended up with only dimming and welcome logo on the right mirror while having BSM on both mirrors which is working out fine.

 

Another bro here had install the dimming rear mirror with info I gathered ... will PM you the google drive link and let me know if you have any doubt.

Indeed but I also dunno ...paying about 9k for even fxt at omv of 17k .. keke !

 

Just glad I resisted all these gorgeous ones like GTR, Stoptech trophy etc. and paid 4k for my 6/4 ksport and can enjoy looking at 356mm rotors front and rear with no more gian .. lol !

Hi Richard, thanks for the further PM, will study a little more before deciding whether to get it. For yourself, where did you tap the power from since we do not have power at that area other than in-car camera if installed.

Just thought of something. My thinkware car cam is connected to the ivolt battery for parking mode. If i tap from there does it mean the mirror will be permanently on?

i believe there should be a 12V somewhere there because sunroof and the cabin light are there

No different for FNA and FXT from what I see on all these mirrors showing applicable to both.

 

Many part nos. and primarily for different functionality of add compass, home activation etc. as well as different year of release.

 

Sure, will PM your link to my google drive that is primarily on harness connection and other info.

Believe what Richard and yellobie installed should be H501SSG000 or H501SSG001 base on the pictures they posted. There is a newer one H501SSG200 which should be compatible as well

Btw I got the STI bar installed at BKS last week. Not bad for the first poison hahaha. But yesterday the guys at autobacs pumped too much nitrogen (promo at caltex dunearn free N2 with 50 bucks of fuel) into my tyres yesterday, now my butt feels like shit haha. My bad for not checking with them on the spot though

Glad you got the sti but as shared, fna without subframe bar and already not stiff suspension like fxt can consider 20mm solid cusco instead of 20mm hollow wrx sti although both better than stock 16mm hollow rear arb.

 

Since oreli on wrx sti, you can further consider getting the fxt stock subframe bar which many fxt owners upgraded to the sti flexible ones and lying in their store room..

 

On nitrogen for tyres, had not tried and tot only less leakage and lighter but not aware negative on ride comfort aka butt feel .. can share more ?
