Vinceng Turbocharged February 8, 2016 Share February 8, 2016 (edited) I read thru the forum and came across numbers of FC feedback. Any bro can share with me average FC for NA vs XT? Just wonder if the FC difference is really significant? It varies according to your driving habits and route. XT consumes more petrol for sure, averages 2km/L more. But the purchase cost is so much lower than cars with similar power, so the lower purchase price makes up for the higher fuel consumption. Plus the Forester is made in Japan. Fuel consumption for a boxer engine, AWD will drink more without doubt. If fuel consumption is a concern, you should consider a N.A. FWD saloon like the Mazda 6, Nissan Teana, or if u must get a SUV , consider a FWD, N.A. option like the Nissan Qashqai 2.0 Edited February 8, 2016 by Vinceng

Linux8998 1st Gear February 9, 2016 Share February 9, 2016 As of last Fri, there was a Brown facelift FXT displayed at LK showroom. As of last Sat, no FXT displayed at TPY showroom. Test drive wise, the current FXT is available at both locations and SE said there is no difference between the current/facelift model in terms of drivability. I believe some brothers here also mentioned that the facelift is mainly cosmetic.
BenTong Turbocharged February 9, 2016 Share February 9, 2016 The FL FXT was really molested. stock arriving March I heard. Think quite a few orders. Good luck to Bros who signed on the dotted line.

Then the door glass is thicker and you get better insulation And the biggest diff is prob active torque vectoring Edited February 9, 2016 by Mkl22
