There was some1 who mentioned that there was vibration when reversing right? I had the same thing but not always, plus when car is not moving it vibrates abit but obvious when rpm drop to 500-600(iStop not on).

The fault is confirmed(one of the engine mount spoil) when i went for 10k servicing today at Ubi and requested a detailed check on why there is vibration, initially the guy who took the car from me said low rpm vibration is normal 1 but i told him its not normal to me.

I think there is a problem with mazda's engine mount as my friend's mazda 3 also have a defective engine mount.... too much of a coincidence i feel...

Thanks Unclesky for sharing.I'm the one who mentioned abt vibration when reversing. Informed them abt this issue during 1k servicing but they insisted several times that there's no problem with the car! How come need one month to get the spare part?

Very disappointed with the Mazda service centre. When booking 1k service had to call many times before someone finally answer. That day I call to enquire something I was surprised someone answered but upon hearing my question, she immediately transferred my call to that dept and I was put on hold for a long time until I gave up.

make your booking request online. They will call you back immediately to fix an appointment.

Same for complaints. I found online communication better.

I also thought the hud is kinda cool to have. A little futuristic feature that can awe ppl.. Haha.. Alot of things should be can zhng up next time de.. I guess.. Like paddle shifters also.. Available in msia de mazda2 sedan also. From one of the video i saw

Turbocharged

Paddle shifters can be added but the wiring will be a headache.

HUD can add aftermarket.

I feel that the frontdesk person servicing you(i.e. the person who talks to you, walk around with you to check your car) doesnt really know his stuff. I sort of tested him on a question regarding vehicle setting and he smoked me... and regarding the vibration, he initially told me it is normal i tell him i drive car so long liao its not normal to me at all(actually i talked to him very long on this)... then he wrote my complain onto th3 paper that is passed to the technican who checks the car...

In summary, insist there is something wrong with your car and ask them write it on the paper that is passed to their technican to check the car. Do not listen to their sweettalk and tell you its normal...

I listed this vibration problem on the envelope for the car key when I dropped my car at the service center the night before servicing. Someone called to say they checked and there's nothing wrong with the car. I insisted there is vibration when I reverse the car, he said he'll check again. Then when I collect the car, again tell me there's nothing wrong. And I left the car there one whole day, they only got it ready at 6+pm. Think they seriously cannot cope with the demand.

Next servicing I will tell them I'll send my car to my own trusted workshop to diagnose the problem for them, if they cannot diagnose it.

The design of the sedan version looks not bad.

It looks very sleek.. Few pages back there are several pictures of interior. Esp diff between sedan and hatch
