Care to share more info like how many coupons? 

 

3 coupons per month for 3 months - Feb, Mar and Apr 2018.

 

The staff told me that I needed to use 2 coupons to save $8 if I pumped more than $120. I argued that its "$4 off every $60 of fuel" so I should get multiples of $4 discount per coupon if I pumped multiples of $60. I also explained that this was how Shell discount coupons worked in the past.

 

Then they said, "try then you will find out".   

 

I didn't feel like continuing the conversation and walked away.

It is a rather poor reply from a customer service point of view.

 

At least, they should have explained politely but firmly.

 

"Try then you will find out" sounds like gangsters talking.

Went to top up this morning. I was right - 1 coupon used and $8 discount was given for a tank of more than $120.
